The system is designed to be modular and easily reorganizable even on the field for the actual situation taking into account robustness and containing the needed safety features for your application.
Each servo contains a motor controller which is connected to the handheld panel for manual control. The PC is optional and is used for designing, testing and uploading automatic sequences to the motor controllers. The system can be expanded with additional sensors and actuators (i.e.: end switches) .
The maximum distance between the handheld panel and each motor is 1000 m, we advise to use an additional separate secondary safety system such as mechanical brakes or any other shutdown mechanism.

We attach one interchangeable motor controller for all of the servo motors. Our controller boards have multiple processing units supervising each other and a memory of storing 150 path sections.
A freely customizable handheld panel usually contains an emergency stop, a manual controller for the motors (let it be a joystick or any other actuator), a dead-man switch based automatic sequence execution or any other blobs, indicators, actuators your application is in need of.
The maximum number of motors for 1 handheld controller is 127.
The PC application is used to design an automatic sequence, with accelaration and decceleration, speed and time parameters for any path section, to test it without the motors in real time, to store it in a project based manner and to upload it to the whole system, for every motor and monuitor it during operation in real time.

Safety features
Playing of an automated sequence can be executed only with a dead man switch, where the stopping parameters are configurable
In case of cable tear during operation between the handheld controller and any motor controller the system stops with predefined motion curves, while works without any problem in case of a tear between the PC and the handheld controller and resynchronises after reattach
We strongly recommend to use a secondary safety shut down option (mechanical brakes, independent electrical safety shut down etc), for which the system is prepared to co-operate with.
For automatic scene control the PC application offers various safety features:
automatic zero point testing, configurable physical constraints testing (i.e.: max acceleration, speed for a project)

Autosave functionality
The PC application will give you real time data about where the system is, what is the next section etc.
Change and constrain speed, time and acceleration values. Define delay and trigger values for next section initiations
